ADVENTURE DEFINES US
Hi! We're Esther and Omar!
There's one thing we have in common: we love BIG bold flavours!
Since we met in 2007, we’ve spent our summers in Taghazout, a small Berber village in the Atlas Mountains (this is where Omar grew up!!).
Our mission is to create food that sings and celebrates the Berber people’s sheer inventiveness and adventurous soul. They just so happen to have come up with the tastiest nut butters!

The Berbers are the people who inspire us
Berber [noun] ⴰⵎⴰⵣⵉⵖ
/ˈbəːbə/ The indigenous people of North Africa.
Self-name Amazigh, pl. Imazighen, meaning "free people".
EMPOWERING BERBER WOMEN
Singing traditional Berber songs, stones in hand, hammering away at the argan tree nuts to extract the kernels within, each woman produces around one kilo of argan kernels a day.
We source our single-origin argan oil from our partner cooperative, where the production is socially responsible, providing jobs for hundreds of women, who get paid fairly, benefiting and empowering them both economically and socially.
