In the home of Ananda we like to bake and eat sweet things and believe there is no reason to be deprived of treats when trying to lead a compassionate life. We dreamed of the Round Up, a plant based super powered Chocolate biscuit sandwiched with marshmallow, a gooey centre and rolled in Belgian chocolate. We were so excited we couldn’t wait to launch it. Here we are, many years down the line, and our Round Up has been a big hit. Our customers whisper such sweet nothings in our ears when they meet us at food fairs that we feel we ‘did good’!. It is amazing that one chocolate biscuit could bring so much joy to so many people. We are a small family business of artisan sweet makers here in the heart of Derbyshire, UK.
Our products are 100% vegan and Vegan Society Certified.
Our marshmallows are made by hand in small batches, using only the finest ingredients; natural flavours, vegetable colourants and real fruit powders. We take great care to deliver the finest products with excellent, personal service.
Every aspect of all that we do is done with love and attention.
Our marshmallows are certified non-gmo and are wonderfully free from gelatine, wheat, gluten, nut, dairy, egg and soya.
Our packaging is almost all recycled and recycle-able. We upcycle and recycle over 90% of our waste and re-use outer packaging wherever possible.
Our Round Ups are free from gelatine, dairy, egg and nuts. Unfortunately the chocolate we use currently contains soya – although we’re working on a soya free chocolate. We also produce a Gluten free version of the Round up for our customers who avoid gluten or are coeliac.
